I'm Jessica, the creator of Take Care Academy. After my own diagnosis with a chronic illness (inconveniently during an Ivy League graduate program!) I set out on an expedition to regain my health. Years of research, experiments, and trial and error for myself, allowed me to step into the role of caregiver when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015.
After successfully taking care of my mother through chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, and subsequent regaining of her health, I knew that I wanted to help others navigating personal challenges. I went on to build a coaching practice with a global client list.
I work with clients across the world from across every socioeconomic, class, gender, and age range. The tools in my programs have helped over a thousand clients repair their relationships, understand themselves better, reduce conflict, eliminate guilt, and allowed them to move forward with a happier, healthier life.
My Care Coaching sessions are customized to your needs. We'll begin with an intake session to understand your biggest challenges, and from the first session you'll leave with strategies to implement and new ways to engage with your challenges. You'll leave lighter and with a clear vision for your next step. And of course, a plan of action to take care of yourself in the process.
